Responsibility and processing of personal data

1.1. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. The buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
1.2. The parties are responsible for the violation of the purchase and sale contract concluded using the electronic store in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.3. The personal data processing provisions provided for in this clause apply to personal data provided by the Buyer and/or his representatives using the www.cncwoodplanet.com e-store during the ordering of goods.
1.4. The buyer when purchasing goods at www.cncwoodplanet.com e-mail. In the store, you must provide your personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address and order data), which will be used for the purpose of e-commerce. The Buyer understands that these data are necessary for ordering the selected goods, therefore, without providing these data, the Buyer will not be able to order the goods.
1.5. The seller confirms that these personal data will be used for the purpose of e-commerce.
1.6. The buyer understands that after placing an order for goods in the www.cncwoodplanet.com store, informational messages will be sent to the contacts specified by him (by e-mail and/or phone), which are necessary to complete the order and/or delivery of the goods.
1.7. The buyer is aware that after ordering goods in the www.cncwoodplanet.com store, the personal data provided by him may be transferred to third parties providing parcel delivery services (e.g. UAB "Omniva LT", UAB "DPD Lietuva"...). The Buyer understands that when picking up the goods at the pick-up point, the Seller and/or a third party (UAB "Omniva LT", UAB "DPD Lietuva"), in order to properly identify the Buyer and/or his representatives and to make sure that the goods are delivered to the right recipient, must the right to establish the Buyer's identity by asking him to provide a personal identification document (e.g. passport, identity card, new model driver's license). The Buyer also confirms that he and his representatives understand that during the collection of the goods, the Seller and/or a third party (UAB "Omniva LT", UAB "DPD Lietuva") can copy the person provided by the Buyer and/or his representative at the place of collection the data of the identification document (such as the document number, etc.) and to process this data (including but not limited to the transfer of data to the Seller) as evidence confirming the correct delivery of the order.
1.8. The buyer is informed that the personal data specified by him may be transferred to third parties (data processors) for processing, who help us administer the Website and/or store the data contained therein. Such persons may include database software providers, database administration service providers, cloud service providers, etc. The buyer is also aware that his personal data may be transferred to competent government and/or law enforcement authorities (such as courts, police or other supervisory authorities); to providers of legal and/or debt collection services; for goods manufacturers (in the case of warranty service), etc. However, only if it is required in accordance with the applicable legislation and only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legislation and/or in order to ensure the rights of the Seller, the safety of employees and resources, to file, present and/or defend legal claims.
1.9. When processing your personal data, the seller applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of all processed personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other forms of unlawful processing.
1.10. The Buyer confirms that he (if the Buyer is a natural person) and/or his representatives are informed about the data subject rights they have:
1.10.1. request access to your personal data and receive a copy thereof;
1.10.2. request that your inaccurate or incomplete personal data be corrected or limited;
1.10.3. request that redundant or unlawfully processed personal data be deleted or restricted;

Sending information

2.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form or via SMS to the phone number specified by the Buyer;
2.2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the contacts specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's online store.

Delivery of goods

 1.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
1.2. The goods are delivered throughout Lithuania within 3-7 working days after payment, if no other delivery term is specified on the product card.
1.3. The exact delivery price depends on the weight and quantity of the ordered goods. The delivery price is calculated for the payment transaction in progress.

 

The procedure for the sales contract, return and exchange of goods

2.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason, by notifying the Seller in writing and sending a completed return form in a free form. Personal data is indicated in the return document - name, address, order number, reason for return. After receiving the Buyer's notification, the Seller immediately sends a confirmation of receipt of the notification.
2.2. By approving these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the money will be returned to the Buyer's bank account, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.
2.3. The Buyer can exercise the right to return the goods only if the deadline for returning the goods has not been missed, the goods have not been damaged or damaged, and they have not been used. All returns must be properly packaged.

2.4. When returning goods indirectly to the Seller, the Buyer must indicate the sender's address and his name, surname or name of the legal entity and properly pack the goods so that they are not damaged during shipping. Seller will not issue refunds for items damaged in shipping. The seller is not responsible for parcels that were sent improperly packed, with an incorrect address, as well as if parcels were lost or damaged during shipping.
2.5. The money is returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller received the Buyer's notification, and if the Buyer's goods are not returned to the Seller, the term provided for in this clause is calculated from the day the goods are returned to the Seller.
2.6. The seller has the right not to return the sums paid to the user until the goods have been returned to the seller and have not been checked.

Terms of Service

These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods in the cncwoodplanet.com electronic store (hereinafter - the Buyer) and Darius Skritas (hereinafter - the Seller), when the Buyer purchases goods in the electronic store. By purchasing goods in the online store, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules.

  1. Buyer's rights

2.1 The buyer has the right to buy goods in the electronic store in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchased in the electronic store, after notifying the seller within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods.

  1. Responsibilities of the buyer

3.1. The buyer must pay the price of the goods and their delivery and accept the ordered goods.
3.2. The buyer, who has chosen to collect the goods at the Goods collection point, must collect them at the selected goods collection point within 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery of the goods.

  1. Seller's rights

4.1. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer does not pay for the goods according to the payment information provided within 3 (three) business days.
4.2. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if:
4.2.1. The Seller fails to contact the Buyer within 2 (two) working days after placing the order;
4.2.2. The Buyer does not provide the Seller with the requested information within the deadline specified by the Seller;
4.2.3. The Buyer does not give the Seller consent to check his personal data.
4.3. If the Buyer tries to harm the work or stable operation of the electronic store, the Seller may limit, suspend (terminate) his access to the electronic store without prior warning and is not responsible for any related losses of the Buyer.
4.4. The seller has the right to unilaterally change these Rules by publishing them on the website of the online store. Changes take effect from the moment of publication for all transactions concluded after publication.
4.5. The seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Responsibilities and warranty of the seller

5.1. The seller undertakes to create conditions for the buyer to properly use the services provided by the electronic store.
5.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer within the agreed delivery period.
5.3. The Seller, unable to deliver some of the ordered goods to the Buyer, undertakes to offer an analogous or similar product. If the Buyer refuses to accept such a product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) working days (if advance payment was received) from the day of receiving the refusal.
